Lake Forest College’s Edward H. Bennett collection can contribute a better understanding of the relationships between Bennett and his contemporaries. The collection holds a great deal of correspondence that reveals a more personal view of Bennett and those who he considered his friends, as well as sheds new light on how Bennett and his colleagues viewed the Plan of Chicago.
