Description

Daniel H. Burnham writes from the RMS Baltic to Edward H. Bennett in Chicago. Burnham is nearly across to England, where he plans to travel for some time before going on to Germany. He also writes that his abandonment of the Plan of Chicago was intentional and necessary. This letter was mis-dated and was actually written in 1908, not 1909.
